U diplomskom radu provedena su ispitivanja koeficijenta propusnosti definiranog kao mjera sposobnosti medija (tla, stijene) da propušta vodu. Ispitana su četiri uzorka koja su pripremljena u laboratoriju kombinacijom različitih frakcija prirodnog tla, kako bi se mogao utvrditi utjecaj veličine čestica i graduiranosti tla na vrijednosti koeficijenta propusnosti. Granulometrijski sastav tla određen je metodom sijanja prema normi ASTM D 422. Koeficijent propusnosti laboratorijski je određen na svim uzorcima korištenjem metode permeametra sa stalnom razinom.
