Chronic vien diseases as predictors of obstetric complication

In this article we described about the problem of the prevalence of chronic venous insufficient and their effect on the gestational process, childbirth and postpartum period. The medical documentation of 11806 pregnant women was analyzed in women’s consultation offices No. 1 and No. 2 in Tyumen from 2016 to 2019. We were constante that vein pathology constantly growing, but at the same time a low percentage of women has appointment of consultations of phlebologists, vascular surgeons, which actualizes the problem and pushes to find its solution.В данной статье рассмотрена проблема распространенности хронической венозной недостаточности, их влияние на гестационный процесс, роды и послеродовый период. Проанализирована медицинская документация 11806 беременных женщин в консультациях No1 и No2 в г. Тюмень за 2016-2019 годы. Выявлен постоянный рост патологии вен, при этом наблюдается низкий процент назначения консультаций флебологов, сосудистых хирургов, что актуализирует проблему и подталкивает к поиску ее решения
