The aim of this study is to investigate the nomophobia levels of high school students based on the variables such as gender, grade level, the duration of time spent with the cell phone, the frequency of checking the cell phone’s screen, the most used applications on the phone, aims of using phones, the duration of time their parents spend on their phones, the fear of missing out, and social alienation.The participants of the study were 595 high school students (313 females, 282 males) who were studying state high schools in Samsun.
