Pravni okvir korporativnog upravljanja u Hrvatskoj

In establishment of balanced economy, corporations and their effective business core are playing a crucial role. Every corporation depends on the structure it is formed and different measures are taken in order to create profitable and legally efficient environment. In this work, companies that are listed as joint stock company on a capital market are in the spotlight. Publicly displayed companies require more detailed and legally substantiated management in order to be effective towards all interest groups that are involved in its processes. In addition, corporations are part of complex business processes, affected by internal and external environment. Therefore, such complexity requires implementation of corporate governance. For the corporations to achieve greater value, development of corporate governance was necessary. Governance does not rest only between companies structure, but begins from the national states through harmonizing and strengthening of the national rights of companies. Corporate governance provides stability in changing environment and with its mechanisms creates place for numerous interest groups to cooperate and coexist in their best interest
