This datasets includes data used for analyses in the paper Phylogeny, taxonomics, and ovipositor length variation of the Pteromalus albipennis species group (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea: Pteromalidae: Pteromalinae). It includes the baits used for enriching the selected genes, the cleaned assemblies (cleaned with VecScreen 1.0, using UniVec build 10.0 database), the gene alignments and gene trees, the concatenated dataset and partitioning information, and the tree files of the tree figures presented in the paper.
