Low-carbon tech transfer initiatives by country

The dataset is used to measure the relationship between a country's characteristics and the number of tech transfer initiatives that operate there. The data includes the number of tech transfer initiatives per country (see: steps to reproduce). In addition, it includes a number of indicators on national characteristics.
