U ovom diplomskom radu analiziraju se mogućnosti upotrebe Rankineovog ciklusa s organskim fluidom (ORC-Organic Rankine Cycle) za proizvodnju električne energije iz geotermalnog izvora topline. Definirani su matematički modeli za termodinamičku, eksergetsku, ekonomsku i eksergoekonomsku analizu i optimiranje danog ORC postrojenja. Navedene analize i optimiranja provedene su korištenjem programskog paketa EES (Engineering Equation Solver). Proračuni su provedeni za četiri odabrana radna fluida.
