Submission on the implementation of national homeless strategy The Way Home (2008-2013) and on realising the 2010 Vision of the Homeless Agency Partnership’s Action Plan on Homelessness in Dublin A Key to the Door (2007-2010). The vision that by end of 2010, long-term homelessness and the need to sleep rough will be eliminated in Dublin and the agreed actions set out in A Key to the Door are underpinned by three strategic aims which relate to the prevention of homelessness, the provision of effective services in each of the four Dublin local authority areas, and the provision of sufficient long-term housing, with appropriate supports as required.
