Planchet, The Lazarists in Suanhoafou, 1783 - 1927

The author, Jean-Marie Planchet, C.M., a member of the Congregation of the Mission (or Lazarists), recounts the history of the Lazarists in Suanhoafou (Xuanhuafu). He bases his work on original documents, and provides several maps and illustrations. Since much of the information is unavailable elsewhere, this translation was undertaken.
