The Useful Application And Protection of Intellectual Property Right with Contents Industry And Market Changing

In this paper, we propose the new way of useful application and protection of intellectual property, to which Japanese government gives priority as the growth strategy of Japanese economy. Intellectual property, however, hasn’t contributed much to Japanese economic development. In addition, Japanese economy has been in sluggish, and especially, regional markets and economy remain stagnant, which cannot find means of recovery. Therefore, we suggest Japanese local traditional handicraft and traditional arts be utilized and recognized through digitalization and Internet communication all over the world. At the same time, we should spread the useful application and protection of them and promote utilization of local intellectual property
