This research purpose to determine the influence of good corporate governance and the firm size to the financial performance of the company that implemented the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) in 2018. This research uses secondary data sourced from the annual report found on the company's website. The population used is from Top fifty emiten of three countriesThe study used purposive sampling as a sampling method, obtained as much as 40 companies before outliner, after outliner sampling as much as 36 companies. The novelty in this study is to use a sample of ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard from three countries. The data analysis used in this study is a double linear regression analysis. Hypotheses test results show that the partial Good Corporate Governance has no effect on financial performance. The company size is influential and significant to financial performance. And simultaneously Good Corporate Governance and size of the company are influential and significant to the financial performance. Good Corporate Governance and company size to financial performance the variable impact of 18.4%. The results of the study showed the influence of Good Corporate Governance to be consistent and cannot be seen directly, it takes long term to see the performance of good financial performance. The company size shows the greater the company then the better in maximizing profit and improving financial performance. Good financial performance, performance can be viewed simultaneously on well structured corporate governance and maximum asset management.
