PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KERJA PEGAWAI PT3

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Description of Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction of PT3 employees, (2) The effect of interpersonal communication on PT3 employee job satisfaction, (3) The effect of work environment on job satisfaction of PT3 employees. This study took a sample of 108 PT3 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study has fulfilled the overall classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT3 employees, (2) the work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT3 employees, (3) Interpersonal communication and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination in this study was 39.4%.
