This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and minimum wages on toward household consumptions at Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data used in this research are secondary data. The method used is the Vector error correction model (VECM). The results of the analysis using the Vector error correction model (VECM) show the following results: (a) In the long run, inflation has a positive and significant relationship to consumption. Meanwhile, in the short run, inflation has a negative but insignificant relationship to consumption (b) in the long run, wages have a positive but insignificant relationship to consumption. In addition, in the short term wages have a positive and significant relationship to consumption. Keywords: Consumptions, Inflation, Wages
