This Scientific Work aims to assess the performance of the company by analyzing the cash flow statement and asset growth of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk for the period of 2015-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data collection methods. The result showed that the performance of the company measured through the analysis of the statement of cash flow for the 2015-2019 period by using the cash flow ratio is not good, because five of the eight ratios show a ratio below 1. While the company performance, which is measured through analysis of asset growth is good because the company’s total assets each year always growth than the previous year.
