Immigrant working women and work-life balance: Fewer opportunities for occupational mobility? (DOI: 10.2436/20.3000.02.48)

This paper studies the occupational mobility of immigrant women by analysing their work-life balance strategies. Results show that the lower level of support for the worklife balance received by these women is an obstacle to their upward mobility.
