Experiment 1 was performed as an incomplete Latin square design to determine the secretory responses of prolactin, growth hormone (GH), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) to IV administration of substance P.
