Speciális egészségegyenlőtlenségek, törésvonalak az Európai Unió regionális terében

The regional health inequalities of the European makroregion are examined in our study, especially paying attention to the mortality processes in East-Central Europe. In our research the first step was to introduce the main mortality crisis progresses from the socialism in the East-Central Europe and their relations. Then, the epidemilogical or in another manner called Health Iron Curtain was examined in regional level (NUTS2) or rather the report of the main mortality breaklines were aimed in the European macroregion refering to nowadays. We proved through multivariate mathematical statistical methods, that the EastWest division of the East-Central Europe stands up in mezoregional approach as well. According to our results, there are more microsplits too but the significant surplus mortality concerned basicly the the East-Central Europe area nowadays. Further outstanding fact is that the East-Central Europe which was earlier in more or less unified disadvantageous position, we can't even consider uniform anymore. Due to the health condition, the moving springs of the regional division are the noncommunicable chronical diseases, from among at the first place are unambiguous the circle diseases. Tanulmányunk az európai makrorégió regionális egészségegyenlőtlenségeit veszi górcső alá, különös figyelmet fordítva a kelet-közép-európai halandósági folyamatokra. Kutatásunk első lépéseként bemutattuk a Kelet-Közép-Európát érintő korábbi (szocializmusbéli) halandósági krízis főbb folyamatait, ill. összefüggéseit. Ezt követően regionális szinten (NUTS2) vizsgáltuk meg az epidemiológiai vagy más néven egészségügyi vasfüggöny meglétét, ill. az európai makrorégió főbb halandósági törésvonalainak kimutatását céloztuk meg napjainkra vonatkoztatva. Többváltozós matematikai-statisztikai módszerek segítségével kimutattuk, hogy az európai makrorégió kelet-nyugati megosztottsága mezoregionális megközelítésben is megállja a helyét. Eredményeink további „mikrorepedések" is felfedezhetők, de jelentős többlethalandóság alapvetően a kelet-közép-európai térséget érinti napjainkban. További kiemelendő tény, hogy a korábban többé-kevésbé egyöntetűen hátrányos helyzetű kelet-közép-európai térség ma már korántsem tekinthető egységesnek. Az egészségi állapot szerinti regionális megosztottság mozgatórugói továbbra is a nem fertőző krónikus megbetegedések, ezek közül egyértelműen első helyen állnak a keringési megbetegedések
