IMPORTANCE: Phytoestrogens are becoming popular constituents of human diets and are increasingly used by postmenopausal women. OBJECTIVE: Our study aims to determine the effects of phytoestrogen supplementation on intermediate cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors in postmenopausal women.
