The article presents two particles belonging to the group of so-called reinforcing particles. It presents an analysis both from formal and semantical points of view. It is discussed for example whether tym bardziej że should be considered as a language unit or as a composition of the particle tym bardziej and że. The Author chooses the two particles to prove the thesis on non-identity of meanings in the group of particles. Examination of TRS in which both particles can appear, especially a relation between what has been said (a pretext) and a rhema commented by a particle, shows that tym bardziej and co dopiero do not participate in identical structures, i.e. do not have identical meaning.
