In dieser Arbeit wurden drei neuartige oxidative Funktionalisierungen von Alkenen untersucht. Die Schwerpunkte lagen zum einen auf der Entwicklung der ersten aeroben Phosphatierung von Alkenen mittels dualer Selen-pi-Säure-Photoredox Katalyse. Hierbei können unaktivierte Alkene mit unaktivierten Phosphaten zu den entsprechenden Phorsphorsäuretriestern umgesetzt werden. Zum anderen wurden neuartige asymmetrische Selen-pi-Säure-Katalysatoren entworfen und synthetisiert, mit denen enantioselektive Imidierungen sowie Lactonisierungen von Alkenen unter aeroben photochemischen Bedingungen ermöglicht werden. Außerdem konnte eine lamda3-Iodan vermittelte oxidative Carbocyclisierung entwickelt werden, die einen neuen Weg zum Aufbau von Phenanthrene...
