LC-MS protein mass spectra for allyl-chalcogen UAA - incorporated proteins and their cross-metathesis reaction products. Raw LC-MS data was processed using MassLynx (4.0). Protein ion series obtained from chromatogram integration were deconvoluted using the MaxEnt1 algorithm. MaxEnt parameters were set as follows, for all spectra: Resolution: 1.00 Da/channel Damage model: Uniform Gaussian Width at half height: 0.750 Da Minimum intensity ratios: 33 % (left and right) Completion options: iterate to convergence The output mass range was selected based on the expected Mw of the protein, with a 20000 Da window
