In order to evaluate the impact of green technology innovation on ecological-economic efficiency of strategic emerging industries,the evaluationmodelisdevelopedby the entropy weightedTOPSISmethod. Through analyzing the impact factors of green technology innovation, the evaluation indicators system is constructed including positive factors and obstacles factors.
