Experiencing a significant career transition can directly impact military veterans. Literature exists on military transition and reintegration but is focused on topics ranging from combat-related disabilities and mental health issues to higher learning. There is a lack of knowledge regarding female Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) veterans’ transition and reintegration experiences.
