Before she established herself as one of America\u27s foremost novelists, Willa Cather built a reputation as one of America\u27s most promising journalists. She started her professional career writing reviews, feature articles and columns for the newspapers of Lincoln, Nebraska during her years as a student at the University of Nebraska.
