With the increasing demand for high-density, low-cost, high-speed and low-power nonvolatile memory (NVM) applications, alternative technologies, such as Phase Change RAM (PCRAM), Resistive RAM (RRAM), Spin-Transfer Torque Magnetic RAM (STT-MRAM) have been widely studied.
