PENGARUH KINERJA LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DIMODERASI MEKANISME CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DALAM RANGKA MENDUKUNG SUSTAINABILITY DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Penelitian ini menguji apakah kinerja lingkungan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dengan mekanisme Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi dalam rangka mendukung Sustainability Development Goals periode 2016-2018. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penentuan sampel 47 dari 53 perusahaan yang mengikuti PROPER dan juga terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan mekanisme Corporate Governance memperlemah pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study examines whether environmental performance affects firm value value with the Corporate Governance mechanism as a moderating variable in order to support Sustainability Development Goals in the period 2016-2018. Purposive sampling method used in determining the sample resulted 47 of 53 companies that participated in PROPER and were also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. Result of this research indicate that environmental performance has no positive effect on firm value and Corporate Governance mechanism weakens the effect of environmental performances on firm value
