Critical thinking skill is an important skill for students to help them think rationally, logic and problem solving oriented. This research llustrate how the senior high school students responses the teacher to have an increasing understanding on the respiratory system topic using predict-observe-explain-explore (POEE) sequence. This research using Quasi- experiment and the sample was collected by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed descriptively using N-gain indicator and analyzed using T-test.
