The Reactivity Controlled Compression Ignition (RCCI) is a promising dual-fuel Low Temperature Combustion (LTC) strategy that provides a precise means for controlling the heat release rate and combustion phasing. Optimum RCCI engine operation depends on optimum selection of fuel injection parameters.
