The characterization of the shielding effectiveness (SE) of planar materials can be determined over a large range of frequencies in a non-destructive way by measuring the transmission loss in a TEM-t cell. The cell has been described and analysed in literature since a long time, but the frequency range was restricted to 1 GHz.
