Large eddy simulation is applied to study the compressibility effect on supersonic combustion modeling, through adding compressibility corrections into the original model, including reaction rate correction (RRC), and subgrid stress correction (SSC). Two correction results and the result without compressibility effect correction (WCEC) are compared with the experimental results, including the fields of velocity, composition, and temperature and the lift-off height of flame. The results show that the effect of two compressibility correction models on the lift-off height of flame can be ignored, whereas the width of time-averaged velocity field, the peak value of the composition field, and the reaction zone length of time-averaged temperature...
