The research was aimed at analysing the writing style in The Notebook novel (1996). This research belonged to qualitative. The researcher used descriptive qualitative analysis as a method. The main data source of this research is The Notebook novel (1996) by Nicholas Sparks, while the formal object is astylistic study. To develop this research, some sources from journals, thesis, and articles from the internet are very needed. This research result shows that firstly the kinds of stylistics used in this novel cover diction, idiom, repetition, rhyme, figurative language, imagery, and symbolism.
