This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality. Quality of service, price and location to customer satisfaction at Mom Milk Manahan Solo branch. The sample in this study was 100 respondents' experiments. By using a questionnaire to collect data. The sampling technique used is non-random sampling. This technique uses criteria that have been selected by researchers in selecting samples. Criteria for respondents in this study were Mom Milk customers in Manahan Solo branch who bought double or more.
