The agreement was made between SMK Negeri 1 Madiun and UD. Daya Cipta is a work contract agreement. In this case, the contract for the procurement of practical materials is carried out by UD. Daya Cipta as the contractor and SMK Negeri 1 Madiun as the party who bought the job. This contract agreement is made based on the prevailing laws and regulations; however, its suitability requires a more in-depth study of how the agreement is implemented.
