Tinjauan Hukum Islam Terhadap Praktik Pengelolaan Lahan Sawah Di Desa Getas Kecamatan Cepu Kabupaten Blora

This study describes the Islamic Law Review regarding the practice of wetland management carried out between rice field owners and tenant farmers in Getas Village, Cepu District, Blora Regency. The main problems in this study are 1) How is the profit sharing mechanism in carrying out the practice of managing paddy fields in Getas Village, Cepu District, Blora Regency? 2) Is the practice of managing paddy fields in Getas Village, Cepu District, Blora Regency in accordance with Islamic law?. The purpose of this study was to determine the profit sharing mechanism in carrying out the practice of managing paddy fields in Getas Village, Cepu District, Blora Regency. This is to determine the suitability of Islamic law to the practice of managing paddy fields in Getas Village, Cepu District, Blora Regency. This type of research uses field research (field research). The approach used is a qualitative empirical approach. Data collection methods are using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research conducted by the author draws the conclusion that the land owner and the tenant farmers share the results, namely in making the agreement they do it verbally with mutual trust. At harvest time, the owner gets 1/3 in the form of rice and 2/3 for the working farmers, in this case such as seeds, fertilizers, medicines during the cultivation process that bears the responsibility of the cultivators. Whereas the practice of managing paddy fields is allowed and in accordance with Islamic law, because it meets the pillars and requirements of mukhabarah. Keywords: Mukhabarah, Management, paddy fiel
