Implementasi Batas Usia Minimal Perkawinan Berdasarkan Uu No 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan Atas UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the regulation of Law Number 16 of 2019 regarding the minimum age of marriage has been implemented and can be effectively acceped in society.this research is a type of normative-empirical legal research. The study was conducted in KUA Pacitan District. The data source use primary and secondary data. The method of data analysis using qualitative methods. The result of research showed: first, Law Number 16 of 2019 has not been effectively implemented, there are still many marriages that occur under the age of the provisions of the law. Second, KUA has made efforts such as socialization to the community but there are still many factors that hamper KUA’s efforts to implement Law Number 16 of 2019 effectively
