This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion using social media and prices on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction in the tourist attractions of River Tubing, Kemuning, Karanganyar. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection methods using questionnaires, documents, observations and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis method, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that social media promotion and price have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.
