The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and religiosity on employee performance at Al Firdaus Sukoharjo Middle School both positively and significantly. The population in this study were all employees at Al Firdaus Sukoharjo Middle School, totaling 73 employees. This research is a saturated sampling research. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS program.
