Analyzing the influence of quality of service, the price to customer satisfaction of online Ojek user Maxim in Surakarta city. The types and sources of data in this research are with quantitative data which is the primary data obtained from the field survey by spreading the questionnaire. The population in this research is all customers of Ojek Online Maxim in Surakarta, sampling techniques is purposive sampling with a sample of 115 respondents based on the results of the research quality of service is positive and significant to customer satisfaction.
