This research is an empirical legal research using an empirical juridical approach. The data collection of this study was by indirect interview and analyzed qualitatively. The rise of Fintech Sharia among the people of Indonesia attracts the attention of the wider community. Therefore, the existence of legal protection in dispute resolution in Fintech Sharia becomes important to realize the welfare of the community and this dispute resolution must be adjusted to Islamic principles.
