Perjanjian Waralaba: Antara Pemilik Roti John Uncle Moy Dengan Mitra Usaha

Trade in Indonesia is currently dominated by the trading of goods and services which is a collaboration between Indonesian businessman and foreign entrepreneurs, or between local entrepreneurs and local entrepreneurs. One of the corporation of goods and services is fanchise. In terms of franchise business practices in Indonesia, it is not uncommon to have the role of UMKM entrepreneurs as well as their franchises. In implementing the fanchise, the agreement is first made between the two parties. The study aims to determine the legal relationship and legal protections between franchisor and franchisee in Roti John Uncle Moy’s franchise in accordance with applicable laws. The method used is the Normative Juridical and the data source used is secondary data. The result of this research is Roti John Uncle Moy in implementing a franchise agreement in it’s bussiness in accordance with applicable laws
