Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility, Leverage, dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016-2018)

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effects of firm size, corporate social responsibility, leverage, and profitability to dividend policy. Independent variables were used firm size, corporate social responsibility, leverage, and profitability. Dependent variable was used dividend policy. The research population was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period of 2016-2018. Sample was collected by purposive sampling method. Total 13 manufacturing companies were taken as study’s sample. Analysis method of this research used multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that corporate social responsibility and leverage has a positive effect on dividend policy, then firm size has a negative effect on dividend policy. While profitability has no effect on dividend policy
