Traffic violation is one of the most frequent violation phenomena in Indonesia, not excluded by children. Handling in the traffic violation itself, one of which has been regulated by Constitution of Law number 22 year 2009, about Traffic and Road Transportation. The high number of traffic violations committed by children, is basically the responsibility of various parties including the parents and traffic police. So, in an effort to reduce the level of traffic violations, it takes a lot of special studies and one of them is the right study that is using the discipline of criminology science. Then among the many regions in Indonesia, Kulonprogo Regency is a district that has a high level of traffic violations by children.
