Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja Pemilik Umkm Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

This study aims to analyze the influence of independent variables, namely emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the dependent variable, namely the performance of MSME owners mediated by motivation at the Copper SMEs, Cepogo District, Boyolali District. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using saturated sampling. So the sample used is the owner of Copper UMKM in Cepogo District Boyolali Regency with 129 respondents. The data used are primary data taken using questionnaire distribution. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on motivation. (2) Intellectual intelligence does not have a positive and significant effect on motivation. (3) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on motivation. (4) Emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on owner's performance. (5) Intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the owner. (6) Spiritual intelligence has no positive and significant effect on the owner's performance. (7) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the owner's performance. (8) Motivation can fully mediate the effect of the relationship between emotional intelligence on the owner's performance. (9) Motivation can partially mediate the effect of the relationship between intellectual intelligence on owner performance. (10) Motivation can fully mediate the effect of the relationship between spiritual intelligence on the owner's performance
