Background: Martial Arts (Indonesian: Pencak Silat) is one of the body contact sports from Indonesia. The techniques used are very diverse, such as punch, kick and slamming techniques or a combination of these. A martial arts athlete must have complex skills that are supported by good physical condition. In pencak silat it is very important to have a good balance. Because in pencak silat, kicking and slamming techniques is more favored in order to stay stable when making kick and slamming.
