Pengaruh PDRB Sektor Pertanian,Nilai Tukar Petani,dan Investasi Sektor Pertanian Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Sektor Pertanian

Abstract One of the studies in the field of employment is labor, which is one of the essential factors in the progress of the country's economy. Labor is usually often seen as an intellectual capital of a company. To absorb labor, the government is making efforts to maximize employment to reduce unemployment, especially in the agricultural sector. Maximizing employment is not enough just to reduce the unemployment rate, however, it is necessary to pay attention to other aspects such as the agricultural sector GRDP, NTP (farmer exchange rate), and investment in the agricultural sector. Central Java. This research was conducted in 8 years from 2003 - 2018. The method applied was data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis and regression.
