Abstract Good economic development is an achievement that every province in Indonesia wants to obtain. However, with the amount of uneven economic growth, low HDI numbers and low investment and high population in some provinces will cause uneven development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the research of the Human Development Index (HDI), Labor, Foreign Investment, Domestic Investment and the Total Population Against the Economy in Eastern Indonesia. This study uses a panel data regression analysis tool consisting of series data for 2015 - 2017 and 13 provinces in Eastern Indonesia.
