The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, and Trust on Customer Loyalty at Bank Bukopin Syariah UMS subsidiary branch. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. This study using a purposive sampling method with 150 respondents. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression test with validity test, reliability test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of customer satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on customer loyalty, accepted.
