Purpose To provides an overview of an assessment tool being developed to analyze the multifactorial task of communicative drawing. It is our assumption that drawing to communicate is not intuitive to most people and requires some degree of new learning and guidance, even in the absence of brain injury. Currently there is a lack of clinical tools to assess the skill of drawing as a means to communicate
