This study focused on information dissemination mechanisms for sustainable livelihoods of rural dwellers in Bayelsa State. The purpose of the study was amongst other to examine the level of adequacy of the information dissemination mechanisms for rural dwellers. Four research questions and a formulated hypothesis guided the study. The study employed Focus Group Discussion (FDG) method for data gathering. The population for the study were rural dwellers. To test the formulated hypotheses, t-test at 0.05 level of significance was used.
