Belgium: Industrial Relations in the Health Care Sector

This national contribution summarises recent industrial relations trends in the Belgian health care sector. In complementarity with a continued state investment in the sector, social partners have worked in a tri-partite way to improve working conditions, create more jobs and enhance the attractiveness of the sector for young working people.
