This national contribution summarises recent industrial relations trends in the Belgian health care sector. In complementarity with a continued state investment in the sector, social partners have worked in a tri-partite way to improve working conditions, create more jobs and enhance the attractiveness of the sector for young working people. The five years agreement of 2000 and 2005 for the whole social profit sector form the backbone of these efforts.status: publishe
